Managing Partner
Nadim Kapadia
Nadim, founder and managing partner of Aligned Partners, is a seasoned leader known for driving sustainable business growth and transformation. With a focus on strategic planning, value creation, stakeholder engagement and sustainability, he has successfully led teams to support businesses scale their operations, optimize financial performance, and develop resilient business models.
Inspired by the business journeys of his father and grandfather, Nadim is empathetic towards the unique challenges in smaller businesses. Through Aligned Partners, he is dedicated to partner, acquire and operate profitable small businesses, ensuring their longevity and continued success while honouring the legacy of their founders.
In his spare time, he enjoys long distance running, which has taught him the importance of resilience and perseverance. He also serves as a School Governor at a primary school in North-West London.
Nadim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School.
